Opening & Testing Days
If you're sending samples soon, be aware of potential post disruption due to the August Bank Holiday at the end of the month on 28th of August.
Please try and send your samples well ahead of that weekend to ensure you receive your results and samples don't get lost or delayed in the expected postal disruption.
We're open and testing every day there's a post delivery, so everything will still be tested and reported back to you on the day that we receive them.
You can help to maintain the freshness of the sample by filling the pot full to exclude any air and writing the date sample was taken on the back of the envelope.

Shop orders placed over the bank holiday weekend will be posted on the Tuesday when normal service resumes.
