Opening & Testing Days
If you're sending samples soon, be aware of potential post disruption due to the May Day and end of May Bank Holiday weekends. The lab and office will be closed on Monday 6th and 27th of May.
Please plan to send your samples well ahead of these weekends to ensure you receive your results. We're open and testing every day there's a post delivery, so everything will still be tested and reported back to you on the day that we receive them.
You can help to maintain the freshness of the sample by filling the pot full to exclude any air and please make sure to write the date sample was taken on the back of the return envelope.
EquiSal tapeworm samples can be sent as usual as they are safe for up to 3 weeks in their preservative solution.
May Day Bank Holiday

- Shop orders placed over the weekend will be posted on Tues 7th May, when our normal service resumes.
