Easter & May Bank Holidays 2026
17 March 2026
Lab Testing Days
If you're sending samples soon, please be aware of post disruption due the long weekend for Easter and then the following May bank holidays.
We've listed our lab opening times below and have some advice on the best times to post samples to help prevent loss or delay in the postal system.
You can help to maintain the freshness of the sample by filling the pot full to exclude any air and please make sure to write the date sample was taken on the back of the return envelope. This helps us remove samples that are too old to test. If we know a worm egg count is over six days old, we’ll send a new pack to you, at no extra cost and ask you to take the sample again which helps you to get an accurate result
EquiSal tapeworm samples can be sent as usual as they are safe for up to 3 weeks in their preservative solution.
